OAuth クライアント「rclone-4dbrain」について

本ポリシーの対象
本ポリシーは、株式会社4Dブレイン（以下「当社」）が自社の業務用途で利用する OAuth クライアント「rclone-4dbrain」に適用されます。本クライアントは、オープンソースソフトウェアである rclone を通じて、当社が管理するサーバーと当社の Google ドライブアカウントとの間でファイルを同期するために使用します。
利用者の範囲
本クライアントは当社が自社利用のためにのみ運用しており、一般に配布・提供していません。利用者は当社の担当者に限られ、第三者が本クライアントを通じてデータにアクセスすることはありません。
取得する情報とその利用
本クライアントは、当社の Google ドライブアカウントに対するアクセス権限を取得し、当社が指定したフォルダ内のファイルの読み取り、書き込み、および同期のみを行います。
- 取得したデータは、当社が管理するサーバー内でのみ保持します。
- 第三者への提供、販売、共有は一切行いません。
- 広告、解析、その他の二次利用は行いません。
認証情報の取り扱い
Google の認証によって発行されるアクセストークンおよびリフレッシュトークンは、当社が管理するサーバー上の設定ファイルに保存し、管理者権限を持つ担当者のみがアクセスできる状態で管理します。外部への送信や共有は行いません。
データの送信先
ファイルの送受信は、当社のサーバーと Google のサービスとの間でのみ行われます。それ以外の送信先はありません。
アクセス権限の取り消し
本クライアントに付与したアクセス権限は、Google アカウントの設定画面（https://myaccount.google.com/permissions）からいつでも取り消すことができます。

Scope
This policy applies to the OAuth client “rclone-4dbrain”, operated by 4D Brain Inc. for its own internal use. The client uses rclone, an open-source file transfer tool, to synchronize files between a server administered by the company and the company’s own Google Drive account.
Users
This client is not distributed or offered to the public. It is used solely by the company’s own staff. No third party accesses data through this client.
Information collected and how it is used
The client obtains access to the company’s Google Drive account in order to read, write, and synchronize files within folders designated by the company.
- Retrieved data is stored only on servers administered by the company.
- No data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
- No data is used for advertising, analytics, or any secondary purpose.
Handling of credentials
Access tokens and refresh tokens issued through Google authentication are stored in a configuration file on the company’s server, readable only by administrators. They are never transmitted or shared externally.
Where data is sent
Files move only between the company’s server and Google’s services. There are no other destinations.
Revoking access
Access granted to this client can be revoked at any time from Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
